استخدام الموقع

• يجب أن يكون عمر المستخدم 18 عامًا أو أكثر أو أن يتم الاستخدام تحت إشراف ولي الأمر.
• يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو يضر بالمنصة أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين.

الوصول إلى الكورسات

• بعد تأكيد الدفع، ستحصلين على رابط دخول خاص بالكورس الذي قمتِ بشرائه.
• جميع المواد التعليمية مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط، ولا يجوز مشاركتها أو بيعها أو إعادة نشرها.
• يحق للأكاديمية إيقاف الوصول لأي مستخدم يسيء استخدام المحتوى أو يخالف الشروط.

الدفع

• تتم عمليات الدفع من خلال المحفظة الإلكترونية أو إنستا باي أو فيزا.
• لا يتم منح الوصول للكورس إلا بعد تأكيد الدفع.
• للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يُرجى مراجعة سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المعروضة على الموقع — بما في ذلك الفيديوهات، الملفات، الصور، والمذكرات — هي ملكية حصرية لـ Minds Academy.
يُمنع إعادة استخدام أي جزء من المحتوى دون موافقة خطية مسبقة.
