At Minds Academy, our goal is to ensure that every parent and learner has a valuable and positive educational experience.
Because our programs and courses are digital products that provide immediate access to educational content, our refund and exchange policy is as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available only if the course content was not accessed or used within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once the course materials (videos, PDFs, or downloadable files) have been opened or viewed, we cannot issue a refund.
- If you purchased the wrong course by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
2. Exchanges
- You may request an exchange for another course of equal or lower value within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed the original course materials.
- Any price difference (if upgrading to a higher-value course) can be paid manually through Wallet / InstaPay / Visa.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Include the following:
- Full name
- Email used for registration
- Course name
- Reason for refund/exchange
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and get back to you via email.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided in the following cases:
- The course has already been accessed or viewed.
- Promotional or discounted purchases.
- Bundled offers or seasonal packages.
- Customized training or consultation sessions.

ونظرًا لأن الكورسات والبرامج لدينا تُقدَّم بشكل رقمي وفوري، فإن سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال لدينا كالتالي
شروط الاسترجاع
- يمكن استرجاع المبلغ فقط إذا لم يتم الدخول على محتوى الكورس خلال 24 ساعة من الشراء.
- في حال تم فتح أو مشاهدة المواد التعليمية (الفيديوهات أو الملفات أو الكتيبات)، لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ.
- إذا تم شراء كورس بالخطأ، يمكنكِ التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الدفع لتصحيح العملية.
سياسة الاستبدال
- يمكن استبدال الكورس بكورس آخر من نفس القيمة أو أقل خلال 48 ساعة من الشراء، بشرط عدم فتح المواد التعليمية الأصلية.
- في حال الرغبة في التبديل إلى كورس أعلى سعرًا، يمكن دفع الفرق عبر المحفظة / إنستا باي / فيزا.
كيفية تقديم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال
للتقديم على استرجاع أو استبدال، يرجى إرسال رسالة إلى فريق الدعم عبر البريد التالي:

مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية:
- الاسم بالكامل
- البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في التسجيل
- اسم الكورس
- سبب الطلب
سيتم مراجعة الطلب والرد خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
الحالات المستثناة من الاسترجاع
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال الكورس في الحالات التالية:
- إذا تم الدخول على المحتوى أو مشاهدته.
- في حالة العروض الترويجية أو الخصومات الخاصة.
- في حالة الباقات المجمّعة أو البرامج الموسمية.
- في الجلسات أو البرامج المصممة بشكل خاص.
